Cross stitch progress.

I have done nothing quilty this week, since finishing the kiwi quilt.
Instead I have been concentrating on my cross stitch. I have really enjoyed sitting and stitching at a slower pace.
St Basils,  though seems to be racing along. I'm amazed at my progress in just a week. (If you look at my last post, you will see last weeks progress report)
All of this is great, as I want to get another piece cross stitched in time to frame it as a christmas gift. I don't want to put Basil to one side as I'm not very good at getting back to things when I do that.
I had two extra shifts at work last week that chewed into my creative time, and another this week, but plan to keep on going as time allows.

Well done, St Basils is coming on a treat. Love the colours too, they look fabulous against the blue fabric you have used. Debbie x

St Basil is looking lovely. The design is so intricate when you see it up close. I dare say you can't work on it for too long in one stint.
