I did it! Sometimes all it takes is clearing the mind and setting aside distractions. Yesterday afternoon I sat down with nothing but my knitting needles, the pattern, and my trusty row counter — not even my favourite David Attenborough on the TV.
And it worked. I made the flower wash cloth. Yay! I’m so very happy about that. After the sock fiasco, I really didn’t need another failure, so this success feels extra sweet
Now the needles are calling again — I’ll make a couple more, since I need another Secret Santa gift for craft club. LOL. Fingers crossed it won’t turn into another socks‑style saga where failure follows success.

Great job on the dish cloth. I have never made a circular dishcloth…lots of square ones though.
